Frontier Industrial Corp. launched its annual company-wide Baseline Safety Refresher Training Program. EH&S General Manager Shelton Holsey formally kicked-off the program with the first team of employees today.
“Workplace and worker safety is the priority at Frontier Industrial Corp. As part of our Corporate Safety Management Plan, we continuously update and revise our safety policies with best practices and learning collected during the year”, explained Robert Zuchlewski, Chief Operating Officer. “Our Baseline Safety Refresher Training Program is designed to help us share this important information and best practices with all FIC employees and to make sure we stay safe and are always in compliance with local, state and federal work site guidelines.”
All 150 FIC field employees will complete the annual Baseline Safety Refresher Training Program conducted at currently active FIC worksites throughout North America including New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Iowa, Texas and Oregon.
The annual Baseline Safety Refresher Training Program is part of Frontier Industrial Corp’s Corporate Safety Management Plan. Other FIC safety initiatives include New Employee Orientation, Work Site Weekly Safety Meetings, Work Site Daily Safety Briefings, and Topic Specific Safety Training for special projects that involve hazardous waste operations.
